I'll start using it if they call it google.
This is meant to compete directly with Google, and was lead-developed by a friend of mine at Microsoft. He's assured me they don't store your IP address and search queries like with Google. And of course, it's developed with Muslim friendly features. :) From his email to me:

Now let me show off some of Bing's features for you! Each link shows off a different feature, so please try them all.

.
Hajj videos (scroll over the thumbnails to see previews)
http://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=umrah+and+hajj&form=QBVR

http://www.bing.com/search?q=Mecca+Saudi+Arabia&FORM=Z7FD
"Karen Armstrong" (notice the great Table of Contents on the left)

"weather" ( weather in your area, automatically)
http://www.bing.com/search?q=weather&form=QBRE
eh...I will wait it out and see how it develops. Microsoft tends to drop the ball on things (vista, windows ME, zune, etc).
But let us hope this brings about at least a reliable alternative to Google (too much dependance on one product or service is never a good thing).
Regardless thank you for the share...
